Steve has been involved with Formula E — the world's most sustainable motorsport — since its inception, serving as a board member for over 12 years. He led Qualcomm's motorsport sponsorships and its strategic investment into both Formula E and the Mercedes AMG Formula 1 team for six years.


Steve also advises the Hurricane Group, organizer of the FISE World Series, which brings together elite athletes across BMX Freestyle, Skateboard, Mountain Bike, Parkour, and more.


Through these engagements, Steve brings firsthand insight into aligning business objectives with sponsorship strategy and brand activation.

About Steve


Steve has spent 20+ years building, scaling, and exiting technology companies — which means he has sat exactly where you are. He understands the pressure of the board, the weight of hiring decisions, and what it actually takes to move from early traction to a scalable company.


His coaching combines operational depth with the "head and heart" of leadership — helping CEOs gain clarity on their biggest challenges, make better decisions under pressure, and build the kind of company and culture they actually want to lead.


Steve has a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.


Steve likes to fish, be on the water, travel to beautiful locations, motorsport events, any University of Michigan sporting event, and fish. And he loves his family of course.
